Whether receiving end-of-life or palliative care, you want to know that your caregiver and those in leadership in the company have clearly defined attitudes that they continually strive for. At Allelon, we adhere to the following attitudes in all we do: servant leader, positive, self-starter, and trustworthy.
The greek meaning for the word Allelon is “one another.” The Principals of Allelon have developed a philosophy of management and leadership that is driven by a simple question, “How are we treating one another?”
How are we shepherding our employees and their families? How are we caring for our patients and their loved ones? How are we collaborating with our healthcare partners, our vendors, our community? The answer should be with a spirit and attitude of compassion, innovation, positivity, reliability, integrity, and selflessness.
The mission of Allelon is centered on the biblical principle of shepherding. The Shepherd’s charge is to lead, protect, and care for the needs of his flock. Our charge is to lead, protect, and care for all that have been entrusted to us. We seek to accomplish this charge with a heart full of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self-control.
As believers, the heart behind our mission is to glorify God in all that we do. The scriptures teach us that “whatever we do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” The way that we work, lead and love our families, serve our churches and respective communities, it all gives us opportunities for us to honor God.
You have our commitment that in all that we do in our relationship with you, we will endeavor to live out these ideals and attitudinal traits as we walk in this place with one another.
Join our Allelon Hospice family! We are looking for qualified, caring, and compassionate individuals who want to be difference-makers, bringing quality care to our patients. We need both paid staff and volunteers to join our mission to care for others within the Greenhorn Valley.
